The Chamber is a Strategic Partner for the HCTRA Opportunity Career Academy.
HCTRA Opportunity Career Academy is a county-wide initiative and an innovative, first of its kind program that will focus on collaboration between HCTRA and Community Partner Organizations (CPOs). Through this program, HCTRA plans to collaborate with community groups to recruit Harris County residents, particularly from underserved communities, into the program and provide opportunities for career development and skill-based learning.
